Ashgreen

Ashgreen is a specialist provider of contract management and procurement services. We work with organisations in both the private and the public sectors.

Ashgreen Business Services Limited was established in 2007 to provide contract management and procurement support services to the public and private sector. We came to recognise that the vast majority of organisations are losing out on significant financial benefits and service quality improvements through a failure to regularly monitor their contracts for compliance, quality and risk. However in our search for tools to support this we could only find systems focussed mainly on two areas: Firstly, contract document management or secondly, contract creation and approval workflow, or in other words they only supported contract administration. There were none that fully supported contract managers with the critical tasks of actually managing contracts for optimum performance. As a result of this we set about creating a system that not only assists with contract administration but provides a set of tools to ensure the performance of contracts is maximised.

In 2012 we began by taking advantage of the University of Gloucestershire's Innovation Voucher Scheme to help us articulate the specification for an innovative, new contract management solution.

We released the cloud-based Effective Contract Management System (ECMS) in late 2013 after extensive product validation and customer trial. We believe it is the only contract management system available that truly addresses the real problems of contract management – avoiding unforeseen costs – avoiding unmitigated risks and engaging with multiple, dispersed stakeholders.
In December 2013 our ECMS services achieved the international quality standard certification for data security ISO27001.
For the public sector in particular, Ashgreen is a Crown Commercial Service supplier and ECMS is available via the G-Cloud framework agreement for software as a service.

ECMS is an attractive, cost effective solution to those organisations awarding many and/or high value contracts.
We also recognise that smaller organisations can obtain significant benefit from support with contract administration so that critical information can be accessed from a single, secure password protected location and reminders are automatically sent out with sufficient notice of contract renewal or other important milestones. To this end we are currently working on a low cost, on-line contract administration tool which we are aiming to have available by early summer 2014.

Ashgreen's ambition is to be seen as the premier provider of contract management solutions. Our belief is that best practice contract management is not as widespread as it should be and to help address this issue we have developed an "introduction to Contract Management" e-learning module which will be beneficial to any organisation wishing to improve its contract management capabilities.

We have established a collaboration with Virtual College who host the e-learning module. Virtual College supports over 1 million learners and is recognised as one of Europe's e-learning providers.

ECMS

An innovative on-line contract management tool which helps your organisation maximise performance and minimise risk in the contracts it awards. ECMS is not only a contract register providing secure storage of all your contract documentation, it automatically engages with stakeholders to measure contract performance and risk. It also includes a configurable dashboard.

Public sector organisations can now buy ECMS from the Government Procurement Service G-Cloud Framework Agreement without the need to complete a tender.
